  • Attention Key Club Members: We will be having a brief Key Club meeting today at 2:45 in room 121.  Please plan on stopping by to find out what events we will be planning for April.  See you there!
  • Attention students interested in taking off-campus college Credit Plus courses: You must submit your Intent to Participate form to Mrs. Brown's office by today.  If your form is not in, you will not be allowed to take courses off-campus next year.  Remember that you must also submit an application to the school you plan to attend in the fall.  Links to applications for CSU, Lakeland, and Tri-C can all be found on the College Credit Plus section of our district website.  These applications should be returned to Mrs. Brown as soon as possible to be submitted with your transcripts in order for you to have time to register for classes at the college this spring.  See Mrs. Brown in guidance if you have questions.
  • The Athletic Booster Club is offering a scholarship to senior athletes whose parents have been active in the Booster Club.  Anyone interested can pick up a scholarship form in the Athletic Office.  The forms must be completed and returned to the Athletic Office before Friday, April 15, 2016.

  • Congratulations to the Varsity Choral Show Choir on an AMAZING performance at the Solon High School Show Choir Invitational this past Saturday!!!!!! Varsity Chorale received the People's Choice Award, Marquise Givhan was awarded the Euclid's Outstanding Performer Award, and Rasheed Owens won a $7500 renewable scholarship to a small college in Wyoming for being the outstanding performer of the entire day at the competition. Congrats on a wonderful season VC, we are Panther proud of what you have accomplished!
  • Auditions for the 2016-17 Marching Band Dance Team and Drum Major will kick off tonight at a Mandatory Meeting in the Euclid High School band room at 5pm. Practices will continue tomorrow March 15-22 with the audition date on Wed. March 23.

  • Crave, Euclid’s student led Christian club is very excited to invite you to meet football star and Christian, Mr. William Green!  Mr. Green will be HERE at EHS today starting at 2:30 in the E-Room.  Please come and participate in this fun, inspirational, spiritual presentation.  There will be music, dance, door prizes and more!  Again, that’s tomorrow right after school in the E-Room.
  • This Saturday, March 12 at 3:00 pm, the Euclid Public Library will welcome nationally recognized poet Chris Webb, to talk about his journey from the Glenville area of Cleveland, Ohio, to the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles, and back again.  He's going to discuss how different influences either discourage or inspire young people to make positive decisions for self and community.  We hope to see you there.
  • The Varsity Chorale Show Choir will be completing their competition season this weekend Saturday March 12th at Solon High School. Come show your support for this group as they finish out their year strong and in true Euclid style!! Varsity Chorale performs at 1:00pm SHARP. Mark your calendars and come cheer on VC!!!

  • Attention all members of the Renaissance Leader Council!  There will be a meeting today at 2:00 in the Library Media Center.  All members should attend.  We will be discussing Friday’s field trip.
  • All members of Educator's Rising who are going on today's field trip, please meet outside the Main Office immediately after second period class. Again, we will meet outside the Main Office before loading the bus.
  • Do you like poetry? Are you fascinated by the art of spoken word? Well the Euclid Public Library has the perfect event for you. This Saturday, March 12 at 3:00 pm, the library will welcome nationally recognized poet and 2015 TEDx speaker, to talk about his journey from the Glenville area of Cleveland, Ohio, to the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles, and back again. He's going to explore the significance of choices, social and environmental pressures, and how these particular influences have a tendency to represent life’s cross roads that either discourage or inspire young people to make positive decisions for self and community. Prepare yourself to experience Chris’s art, humor, and story as he encourages everyone to push past the immediate gratifications of life, and fight hard for long-lasting viability. We hope to see you there.

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where students are standing up together and taking control of their future!  Today is Monday, March 7th.
  • If you plan to come to the library during your e-room time, remember that you must get a pass from Mr. Corfman or Ms. Mack in the morning, before your lunch period.  To get a pass, you must have your ID or a temp.
  • The Lady Panthers Track Team competed in 5 events at the Indoor State Meet and 3 of the events were All-Ohio and made it onto the podium. Tiffany Moore was 6th place in the High Jump at 5 feet 2 inches. Cassia Chandler ran a season best 25.7 in the 200 Meter Dash where she was 7th. The 4 by 200 Meter Relay Of Lamiyja Jernigan, Chalara Sutton, Deja Bruce and Caisja Chandler came in 2nd place with a New Indoor Track School Record of 1:43.66. When you see these ladies please congratulate them.

  • Attention Euclid High School!  Crave, Euclid’s student led Christian club is very excited to invite you to meet football star and Christian, Mr. William Green! In high school William was named to the Rival-Net All-American Football Team and was the top ranked running back in all the USA.  He played college football for Boston College University, where he was named the two-time MVP and All-time top rusher. William was also named to the College All American Team, as the top rated running back in all college football.  During the NFL draft William was ranked the number one running back on the board, and was chosen in the first round by the Cleveland Browns!!  William had a very challenged childhood growing up in Atlantic city were he lost both his parents by the age of fourteen.  He realized the key to his success would come from what he calls the two E’s to success that he shares with students all around the country, effort and education.  William Green will be HERE at EHS on Thursday March 10th starting at 2:30 in the E-Room.  Please come and participate in this fun, inspirational, spiritual presentation with Mr. William Green!   • The next meeting for the current members of the National Honor Society will be today at 2:30 in room 130.  This is an important meeting.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • If you plan to come to the library during your e-room time, remember that you must get a pass from Mr. Corfman or Ms. Mack in the morning, before your lunch period. To get a pass, you must have your ID or a temp.
  • Hey Mediators! Remember that this is the week to order your Mediation Team T-Shirts. Make sure you turn in your order form and money to the Mediation Center by Friday.
  • Attention Euclid High School!  Crave, Euclid’s student led Christian club is very excited to invite you to meet football star and Christian, Mr. William Green! In high school William was named to the Rival-Net All-American Football Team and was the top ranked running back in all the USA.  He played college football for Boston College University, where he was named the two-time MVP and All-time top rusher. William was also named to the College All American Team, as the top rated running back in all college football.  During the NFL draft William was ranked the number one running back on the board, and was chosen in the first round by the Cleveland Browns!!  William had a very challenged childhood growing up in Atlantic city were he lost both his parents by the age of fourteen.  He realized the key to his success would come from what he calls the two E’s to success that he shares with students all around the country, effort and education.  William Green will be HERE at EHS on Thursday March 10th starting at 2:30 in the E-Room.  Please come and participate in this fun, inspirational, spiritual presentation with Mr. William Green! There will be music, dance, door prizes and more!!! Again, that’s Thursday, March 10th, right after school in the E-Room. Be there!
  • Hey Mediators!  This is the week to order your Mediation Team T-Shirts!  You can turn in your money at the Mediation Center.  Make sure you order your shirt by Friday!
  • Attention Juniors and Seniors, are you starting your quest for a college or are you still looking?  If so, then please join us for College Counts Annual College bus tour.  We will be going to Kent State University and Akron University on Monday, March 28th.  Seating is limited and the cost is $40.00.  If you are interested see Mr. Fletcher in the Guidance Department for more details and an application.
  • Girls don't forget that Outdoor Track Starts this coming Monday, March 7th in the football stadium.  You must have a white card, yellow card and a physical with you in order for you to run.  Get a copy of your physical or have the athletic department write me a note stating that you have a current physical on file.

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where students are standing up together and taking control of their future!  Today is Wednesday, March 2nd.
  • IE today is for 3rd period.
  • All members of Educators Rising, please stop by and see Mrs. Wright by the end of today to pick up your permission slip for next week's field trip.
  • Boys interested in playing tennis this spring should meet on Wednesday, March 2nd at 2:30 in the PAD. You should come to the meeting regardless of your tennis background.
  • Attention Key Club Members: Please make sure to attend this Thursday's March 3rd meeting in room 121 at 2:45.  We will be voting on the new board and we need you there!  If you are planning on running for one of the offices, please make sure to turn in your paperwork to Ms. Rosati by Wednesday.
