Good morning Euclid High School, where we are
standing up with Panther PRIDE. Today is Monday, March 6th,
2017.

Congratulate the Lady Panthers Track
Team for an awesome job at the Indoor State Track Meet. The 4 x 200 Meter Relay of Kristan Ross,
Lamyja Jernigan, Chalara Sutton and Caisja Chandler took 2nd place with a time
of 142.94, a new Indoor Track Record. Also,
Caisja Chandler was 3rd in the 200 Meter Dash 24.75 (2nd fastest time ever run
indoors at Euclid next to Jessica Beard) Caisja was also 10th place in the 60
Meter Dash and our 4 x 400 Meter Relay team of Rahshayla Perry, Kristan Ross,
Chalara Sutton and Lamyja Jernigan placed 15th in the state. Awesome Job!
Meetings:

Ladies: Do not forget the first day of
Girls Outdoor Track Starts today. Meet
outside in the Football Stadium by 2:45. Remember to bring your physical papers or a
note from the athletic office saying you have one on file.

Attention Student Council members! Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, March
15 at 2:30 p.m. In Room 296. Any Student
Council member interested in working the Blood Drive must attend this meeting
with our Red Cross rep. If you have any
questions, see Mrs. Pollack or Mrs. Latessa before next week's meeting.

Senior shirt order forms are available
in Senior English classes or in the library. Completed order forms and money can be turned
in to Mrs. Latessa in Room 296. Orders
will be taken through Friday, March 10.

The University of Akron is hosting
their Annual Spring College Fair on Friday, March 31st. There will be over 100 colleges in
attendance. Transportation is provided
by UA with a signed permission form.
Permission forms can be picked up in 324 and must be returned to Ms.
Hunt by THIS Friday in order to participate.

There
will be a mandatory organizational meeting on Monday, March 13 at
5:00pm in the band room for all students interested in auditioning for Dance
Team, Pantherettes, and Drum Major for the 2017-18 marching band Season.
Practices will run for 1 week starting Tuesday, March 14 and auditions
will be held on Wednesday, March 22. For more information, contact band
director Ms. Tizzano in the high school band room.

impACT
the 216 is an 8-week, tri-annual program that
focuses on ACT preparation and college and career readiness. The goal of the impACT the 216 program is to help students meet state and local
standards in core academic subject areas, specifically mathematics and reading.
Also, we offer bus tickets, daily
lunches, and field trips. Upon program
completion, students are eligible for a $100 stipend, college tours, and an
internship opportunity. If you are
interested in joining, please follow the impACT
