Although the girls track team
came away with a 78-57 loss to Medina there were many great performances put on
in the track and the field. Some of the better performances from the meet were:
100 Meter Hurdles Alanna Watkins 16.2 (1st Place), 100 Meter Dash Caisja
Chandler 12.6 (1st Place), 4 x 200 Meter Relay Jernigan, Sutton, Bruce,
Chandler 1:47.8 (1st Place), 4 x 100 Meter Relay Jernigan, Sutton, Bruce,
Chandler 50.5 (1st Place), 300 Meter Hurdles Alanna Watkins 51.5 (1st Place),
200 Meter Dash Caisja Chandler 26.0 (1st Place), 3200 Meter Run Jada Gilliam

The Varsity Chorale Audition
Meeting has been rescheduled for next Tuesday April 12, 2016. The meeting will take place in the choir room
from 2:30-3:00pm. Bring a friend and see what Varsity Chorale is about! See Mrs. Ross or Mr. Thorndike with
questions.

Now is the time! If you want to
help break the cycle of violence, then think about becoming a Mediator. You
will learn how to help people talk out their issues instead of fight them out.
Stop by the Mediation Center in the Main Office corridor to find out more about
it or to pick up an application.

GSA group will on Friday April 8,
2016 at 2 pm to 3 pm in Room 209. There is also a community GSA meeting at the
YMCA on Babbitt Road Thursday night (April 7, 2016) at 5:50 pm. Topic: Speaker
on healthy relationships.

Seniors. The last day to submit your applications for local money scholarships
and Kessel Scholarship is Friday, April 8 @ 2:00pm in you Guidance Counselor's
Office.

This weekend Euclid
High School proudly presents Big Show 2016 "West Side Story." This year's performances are Thursday April
7th, Friday April 8th, and Saturday April 9th at 7:30pm and Saturday April 9th
and Sunday April 10th at 2:00pm. Tickets at $10 for students and $12 for
Adults. Tickets can be purchased at the
door. We look forward to seeing you all
come and support this amazing group of students in the cast, crew, and pit! Please see Mrs. Ross in the choir room with
any questions.

The Athletic Booster Club is
offering a scholarship to senior athletes whose parents have been active in the
Booster Club. Anyone interested can pick
up a scholarship form in the Athletic Office.
The forms must be completed and returned to the Athletic Office before
Friday, April 15, 2016.

Seniors! Permission
slips for the annual Senior Field Trip to Dave and Buster's on May 11 are now
available in the library. Signed permission slips and $35 cash can be turned in
to Mrs. Latessa in Room 296 or Mrs. Gaul in Room 298. Permission slips are due
by Friday, April 29th. You must have an emergency medical form on file to
attend. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Latessa.

High School Juniors and Seniors:
Join Northeast Ohio Credit Unions at the Mad City Money competition on
Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 10 am to noon at Lakeland Community College. Join us for a fun day of competition and a
chance to win $9,000 in scholarship money! Mad City Money is a team game of smart money
management similar to the game, "Life," where students take on the
role of an adult in futuristic Mad City. The team staying closest to, or besting, its
collective budget wins. Teams will
compete for $9,000 in cash scholarships.

Looking for a part-time job.
Cycle Sport & Fitness in Cleveland Hts and Mentor are hiring. They are looking for 9th grade students and
older to work as a part-time bicycle assembler and mechanic. You must be available April-September. If interested pick up a flyer in the Guidance
Dept.
