02/23/17 Announcement

• Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Thursday, February 23^rd, 2017.
• The library will be closed seventh period today, except for students who are on the seventh period study hall roster.  Students in seventh period study hall should report to the library as usual.
• Juniors and Seniors: Tri-C will be joining us on Friday, February 24th during 3rd and 4th periods.  There will be program directors from: the Conflict Resolution and Peace Studies Certificate Program, Hospitality Management, Creative Arts, Court Reporting, IT, Engineering and Exercise Science. If you are interested in attending this event on Friday, please sign up in the Main Office with Ms. Mohat.  You must sign up by today at 2pm.  You can see Mrs. Gonakis in room 290 if you have questions.
• Attention 8th and 9th graders: If you received a packet to apply for the National Junior Honor Society, please remember that completed applications (including all recommendations) are due to Ms Collins in room 321 by tomorrow.  No late applications will be accepted!

Meetings:

• Attention Key Club Members: The Key Club will not have a meeting this week. We will see you next week. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Kudej in room 223. Thank you.
• Baseball tryouts are tonight from 6:45-8:45 in the boy’s gym.
• There will be a Girls Outdoor Track Meeting today in the PAD by the cafeteria at 2:30.  If you want to run outdoor track you must be at the meeting.
• Attention Art Club Students who participated in the Clay Workshop.  We will meet today after school to paint our pieces.  This meeting is only for Art Club Members who participated in the Clay Workshop.  The next Art Club Membership meeting will be announced next week.  Thank you.
• Attention SAVE environmental club. The hike scheduled for this Thursday is cancelled and will be rescheduled. There will be NO meeting this Thursday 2/23. See Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey if you have any questions.

• Attention all 8th graders who have signed up and registered for the Washington D.C. trip.  There will be a mandatory meeting for you and your parents on Thursday, March 2nd starting promptly at 6:00 p.m. in the Little Theater.
• Please come out and support your peers as they "Flash Through Time" by celebrating Black History through music, fashion, facts, and performances on Friday, Feb. 24th, 2017.  Doors open at 5:30pm and the show begins at 6pm. No admittance after 6:30pm.  Tickets are $5. For more info see Ms. Flowers
