11/16/15 Announcements

• Good morning Euclid High School where students are standing up together and taking control of their future!  Today is Monday, November 16^th.
• Just a reminder that we are on the “B” rotation schedule this week.  There is no IE today.
• Reminder to Girls Basketball Players about today's field trip to Ohio State., Please report to the West Gym by 1:15 the bus will depart for Ohio State at 1:30. See Coach Phillips with any questions in room 293.
• Girls indoor track practice starts today. Meet in indoor track at 2:45. If you do not have a physical or your cards do not show up!
• Attention students, if you missed the first meeting, Educators Rising is meeting this Tuesday November 17th at 2:35 in Room 249.  We will discuss various career options in education and other fields, career planning, field trips, fundraisers and more.  COME JOIN US!
• Attention all Fall Athletes.  The Fall Banquet is on Wednesday, November 18th at 6:00 in the E-Room.  Letters were sent to your homes with the details.  Athletes will be admitted free, however, you must purchase tickets for your guests in the Athletic Office.
• Attention all students interested in Big Show Cast, Crew, or Orchestra.  It is time to start our show!  This year Euclid High School will be presenting "West Side Story."  There will an informational meeting on Wednesday November 18, 2015 from 2:30-3:15pm in the choir room.  In this meeting we will sign students up for crew and orchestra and discuss the audition process for this year's show.  Attendance at this meeting is extremely important.  Please make your plans to be there.  See Mrs. Ross in the choir room with any questions.  We look forward to seeing you on the 18th!
• The Varsity Chorale Competition Show Choir needs your support!!! On Saturday November 21st VC will be hosting the 2nd Annual Varsity Chorale Benefit Concert at 7:00pm in the EHS Auditorium. We are looking for as many friends and staff members to come to this performance as possible to support us as we prepare for our 2016 Competition Season!! Presale tickets are $10 and the cost at the door is $12. You can purchase presale tickets from any Varsity Chorale member, Mrs. Ross or Mr. Thorndike. Please see Mrs. Ross in the choir room with any questions.

• Seniors! College Application Day is just 2 days away! Be sure to prepare for the event. Let your Guidance Counselor know by the end of the day today how many official transcripts you will need for Wednesday. On Wednesday, College Application Day, the PAD will be closed during lunch periods. The E-room will also be closed, students should report to the Auditorium during E-Room time on Wednesday.

• Just a reminder that we are on the “B” rotation schedule next week.  Remember, IE is mandatory unless you have been excused by your teacher.
• Attention all students. The library will be closed all day today. Students who are required to attend study hall in the library and student aides should report to room 295.

• The cafeteria staff has a change for today’s lunch menu.  Pizza will be replaced with popcorn chicken. The rest of the menu remains the same.

• Good morning Euclid High School where students are standing up together and taking control of their future!  Today is Blue & Gold Friday, November 6^th.
• Attention all students.  The library will be closed today due to testing.  All student library aides and students who are required to attend study hall should report to room 295.  The library will reopen on Monday.
• What do Ray Lewis, Bo Jackson, and Warren Sapp have in common?  They are all Pro-Bowl NFL football players who wrestled in high school.  If you want to reap the benefits that they found on the wrestling mat there is still time to join the wrestling team.  The first official practice is on Monday November 9th.  Please see Coach Turk in Room 107 for information.  The wrestling team is also looking for students to keep statistics and to videotape matches.
