  • Today’s class SHOUT Outs! are from Mrs. Simmons to Mrs. Henry's 2nd period class for being on task, at an appropriate voice level and working diligently while doing group work. They were very impressive when I walked by their room!  And from Ms. Lorko and Mrs. Chinchar to their 2nd period class for doing amazing work with your myths and archetypes unit!  Special shout out to Big Gucci Phil Patterson for writing the best short story...
  • The first meeting of the National Honor Society will be on Tuesday October 3 at 2:20 in room 342. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • SAVE Environmental Club will meet on Thursday October 5th in room 391.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Young or Ms. Spivey.
  • Attention 8th Grade Boys: There will be Boy's Basketball Open Gym in the East Gym on Tuesday, October 3rd from 2:30 to 4:00.  If you have any questions please see Coach James in Room 309.
  • If you are interested in signing up for Swim Team please come to Room 190 to sign up before or after school.
  • Yesterday, the middle school cross-country team competed in the Garfield Heights Cross Country Investigational.  The entire team set personal best times.  Jade Neal won the girls Open race with a time of 13:28.  Great job team!

  • Today’s class SHOUT Outs! are from Mrs. Coy to Mr. Brosovich’s 1st, 3rd, and 7th Period classes for their patience, courtesy and sense of humor during his absence.  And from Ms. Kaiser to her 2nd period class for always being on task and for being great readers during SSR yesterday.  Keep up the great work students!
  • Teachers, please be sure to move your cars from the band practice parking lot today, no later than 3:30PM.  You can move your car closer to the auditorium or near the E-room.  The band will practice on the lined section of the parking lot outside the auditorium today beginning at 3:30PM.
  • Educators Rising will meet today after school in room 231.

  • Attention all students: if you are interested in joining CRAVE, Euclid High School's student led Christian club we invite you to join us this afternoon for our kick-off meeting. We meet every Wednesday, at 2:20pm in room 396 for prayer, fellowship and friendship. We hope to see you there.

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Tuesday, September 26th.
  • Today’s class SHOUT Outs! are from Mrs. Archer-Bailey to her 2nd period class for all the students exemplifying respectful behavior during Officer Bonchak's visit.  And from Mrs. Biehl to her 2nd period class for an outstanding job on their 13 colony map project yesterday. They were engaged and asked great questions throughout the period.
  • All members of Spanish Club, we will meet today at 2:20 in the library to create designs for the mug sale fundraiser.  Come with creative ideas.
  • Stand Up and Lead Club is meeting today in Room 147 at 2:25pm.  See Ms. Russo for any information on club activities!  The club is sponsoring a fundraiser to support displaced dogs and cats from Hurricane Harvey.  We are collecting NEW dry and wet cat and dog food donations as well as pet toys Bring any items to Room 147.
  • Attention all students and staff:  CRAVE, Euclid High School's student led Christian Club would like to invite you to join us for See You At The Pole, a national celebration of student prayer.  We will meet at the flagpole tomorrow morning at 7:00 to pray for our school and our community.  We hope to see you there!

  • Coach Ingram would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication to the following tennis players:  Brianna Reese, Brianna Abercrombie, Jaliyah Cole, Kaitlyn Harton, Jasmine Posey and Aireyanna Sharp for their team spirit and dedication during the Greater Cleveland Conference Tennis tournament last Friday.  These ladies played 3 matches each in the oppressive heat and managed to keep their chin up in spite of the long day and the stiff competition.  Congratulations on a strong showing.

  • Coach Ingram would like to recognize senior girls tennis players Brianna Abercrombie and Jaliyah Cole for their long running head to head tie breaker on Thursday against Painesville Harvey. This doubles team split sets with their opponent and battled it out in a very close tie breaker. They fought to the end but were defeated by the opposing double. Their perseverance was commendable.

  • Presale tickets for tonight's homecoming football game are available in the athletics office today until 2:30 PM. Student-only pre-sale tickets are $4.00.
  • Attention all students planning to attend the football game tonight. Please be advised, no book bags of any kind will be permitted in the facility. Leave all bags at home or in your secured lockers. Again, no back packs at the football game Friday evening.

  • Today’s class SHOUT Out! is from Mrs. Doyle to her 2nd Period class for doing great group work two days in a row. 2nd period was very focused during group work and worked extremely hard.
  • Today is the LAST day to purchase your Homecoming ticket!  Tickets can only be purchased from the Treasurer's office, located in the E-Room with a signed contract.  Tickets are $30 per person.  The treasurer's hours today and Thursday are 9am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-3:30pm.

  • Today is the LAST day for Homecoming Voting! Voting will take place during homeroom online. Teachers, please use the link in the Panther Press, located under Important Information/Resources section for Homecoming voting instructions. Students will need to use their Student ID number to cast their vote. Please email Mrs. Latessa or Mrs. Pollack if you need assistance during the voting process.
  • Today’s class SHOUT Outs! are from Mrs. Biehl to her 3rd period class for winning the first class star competition for excellent behavior. Congratulations!  And from Mrs. Norton to her 2nd period 8th grade pre-algebra class who demonstrates the EHS Core Values. We show integrity by doing the right thing even when others are not watching. We choose to have courage to do the right thing even if it means we are a bit uncomfortable.

  • Coach Ingram would like to congratulate senior tennis player Brianna Reese for beating her 2nd singles opponent from North High School on Thursday evening. Brianna won two sets 6-4 and 6-2. Congratulations Brianna.
  • In Middle school cross country, Jade Neal placed 2nd out of 47 in the Mayfield meet last night with a time of 13:48, setting a new Personal Record.

  • Today’s class SHOUT Out is from Mrs. Walsh-Hilf to her 1st Period class for following classroom procedures and using class time wisely. Students participate in class and turn in work daily. They are working hard and demonstrate a growth mindset!
  • Reminder to all students. Your Acceptable Use Policy forms are due to the Media center. Please turn them in to your Homeroom teacher. Also, Homeroom teachers, please return the forms that have been turned in.
  • Congratulations to the 2017 Homecoming Court candidates: Courtney Rice, Tyree Singleton, Octavia Beasley, Briana Jordan, Katrina McIntosh, Jenny Morris, Brianna Roberts, and Trinity Rolling.
  • Open Mats for Wrestling will be Tuesday through Thursday each week. See Coach Beukeman in room 107 for further details.
  • Boys basketball open gym will take place in the main gym from 5:30pm - 6:30pm for 9th and 10th grade only. 11th and 12th grade will be held from 6:40pm - 7:40pm. No entry for late arrivals.

Euclid students planning on bringing a guest from another school must have the RIGHT side of their contract COMPLETED before turning it into their unit office. 11th and 12th grade students will turn their completed contracts to Ms. O’s office in Room 324 and 9th and 10th grade students will turn their completed contracts to Mrs. Hunt in Room 290. You must have an emergency medical form on file for the 2017-2018 school year! Contracts must be completed before purchasing a ticket! Tickets will go on sale on Friday, September 15!
  • Our very own panther marching band will make their 4th appearance in the Battle of the Bands hosted by Shaw High School this Saturday, September 16th at the Shaw High School stadium.  The parade kicks off at 4:30pm with the Battle of the Bands starting at 6pm.  Tickets are $10 in advance and can be purchased in the Euclid High School band room.  Come out to support our panther marching band and enjoy bands from Ohio & Michigan this Saturday at Shaw High stadium for the Battle of the Bands!

  • Mrs. Pollack, Mrs. Korpowski, and Ms. Navratil want to shout out their 3rd period Freshman English Class because they did an awesome job on their growth mindset project this week!
  • The first regular Stand Up and lead meeting will be held today in Room 147 at 2:25pm. See Ms. Russo for details.
  • Fall Play Participants are called for a meeting and read through after school in the Little Theater, from 3:30-5:30. Please bring a sharpened pencil, notebook and your calendar.

  • The Band and cheerleaders will march through the hallways today during the last 20 minutes of 7th period! Cheerleaders and band members should exit 7th period at 1:35pm and report to the band room!
  • The Fall Play roles will be posted at the end of the school day today, outside of the Little Theater. Mrs. Walsh-Hilf is looking forward to our first full rehearsal meeting on Tuesday from 3:30-5:30. All those who signed up for cast are crew are required to be there. See Mrs. Walsh-Hilf for details.
  • Any girl in grades 9-12 that wants to try out this year for basketball please attend the information meeting this Friday September 8th. The meeting will start at 2:30 in the West Gym. Paper work and a schedule of up coming events will be handed out.

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Thursday, September 7th.
  • Teachers and Staff, please move your cars to the student parking lot before 5:00pm today. It is imperative that our families have parking access to entrances with students' schedules for Open House tonight. Parents will need to park at the auditorium, Eroom, and Fordyce to gain access to the entrances with students' schedules.
  • Mrs. Walsh-Hilf would like to thank all of the talented actors and crew members who came to auditions yesterday. This is the last call for any crew members. If you got an application for crew, please drop off to Mrs. Walsh-Hilf in room 192 by 7th period today. All those who auditioned or signed up for crew will have a meeting after school Tuesday, in the Little Theater from 3:30-5:30.
