Create the necessary mindset for responding with discipline to situation you face. Know how to get into a productive emotional state and how to get out of a negative one. Morning Announcements - March 28, 2023

Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Engaged. Today is Tuesday, March 28,  2023 and these are your morning announcements.

THE R-FACTOR - The R-Factor is all about how you respond to situations in your life. People who are outcome oriented create goals so they work towards something that want to achieve. Having goals in mind is a powerful way to ensure your response is strong enough to withstand events so you can reach your goals.

This morning Mr. Burkart's class was doing a fourth quarter goal assignment. Write down your goals, visualizing them coming true, and build your responses in a way that you get the outcomes you earn.

We need to increase our attendance in class. I want to see the fourth quarter have the highest grades, and best attendance across the board. Do what it takes for you to get your best grade in class every class. That starts with being present in class.

Thanks to our Head Custodian Mr. Hamilton and his leadership for getting the 230 and 240 Pods power back on so we could begin instruction on time. Mrs. Delong’s class was able to get engaged with their sign and cosign lesson refresher. Mrs. Vlach, Mr. Fortlege and Mrs. Girbino’s classes were greeted by a visitor this morning, but did not allow the distraction to get in the way of their learning. You know that responding with discipline is the best way to get to positive outcomes for you and those around you.

Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Engaged. Today is Monday, March 13, 2023 and these are your morning announcements.

THE R-FACTOR - Step Up Now is the starting point because the only time that is available to you is right now. You can’t step up yesterday because it's over. You can’t step up tomorrow because it's not here yet. The only time available to step up and take action is the moment you are in right now. Your personal and professional life happens one moment at a time. A project is a series of moments, a conversation is a series of moments, even driving your car is a series of moments. For that reason, we use a simple phrase “win the moment.” Success requires winning those moments.

Morning Announcements - March 8, 2023

Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Engaged. Today is Wednesday, March 8, 2023 and these are your morning announcements.

THE R-FACTOR - RYFP, How do you plan on reaching your full potential as a student at EHS? Not all students are going to have straight A’s, but what is your plan to acquire the grades that you can be proud of? Your response to classwork, homework and tests has to put you in position to be proud of your grade. Grades are an indication of your progress, and achievement in class. Here’s a question I’ve been thinking of lately. How often do Euclid High School students study? How many hours per week are you putting in the work it takes to get the outcomes you want in class? Grades you can be proud of are not going to happen just by wishing for them, or speaking them into existence. It takes work to get them. That work is your response to the event of school assignments, which will get you the O of your grades. E+R=O is just the way life works, and if you practice good responses everyday you will reach your full potential.
