  • Attention Students interested in joining the swim team. There will be an informational meeting on Friday, November 1 in the Little Theatre for both middle school swim team and varsity swim team. You must have a current physical on final, be registered on Final Forms and be academically eligible.
  • Hello Students interested in Theater - It is time to reveal the Production for this year's Big Show! Please plan to attend an informational meeting Monday November 4th, at 2:30pm in the Choir Room to discuss the show and the audition process. See you there!

Consider joining us as we travel to Central State University for their college preview day. The visit is scheduled for November 9, 2019. 10/30/19 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Wednesday, October 30th.
  • Today will be Picture retake day. If you have not had your yearbook picture taken, you may do so during your Engish class. You will be given a special pass to give you entrance into the auditorium for pictures. If you are retaking you picture, you will need to bring your proof package with you.
  • Congratulations to the Jaguar Students who are working on their 40 book challenge. As a team, we have read 335 books, which is an average of 3.8 books per student! The top readers on the team are Amilia Redman, Nick Wagner, Mark Hunter, Shanya Holt, Amber Johnson, Joseph Kuszak, Yordenny Dellion, Michael Abdulah, and Jayden Thomas. Keep up the great work!
  • There will be a short meeting today at 2:20 in the Little Theatre for anybody not in a fall sport who is interested in trying out for boys basketball. If you came to the meeting last week, you don't have to come to this one. See Coach Kane in Room 227 with any questions.
  • There will be an open gym for 9th and 10th graders interested in trying out for basketball today at 4:00 in the boys gym
  • Seniors - have you submitted your FAFSA yet? Do you need help? Mr. Bowers from College Now will be at EHS on Thursday October 31st. If you would like to make an appointment to meet with him, stop by room 324.

  • Coach Webster would like to thank all the students and staff that supported this past weekend's Dodgeball Tournament. There were over 20 student participants and everyone had fun. For our 1st and 2nd place winners, please stop by room 371 on Friday to get your prizes. Everyone, stay tuned for the next event and be sure to get involved. A special shoutout to William Ball for his help in recruiting students to play!

  • Join us tomorrow, Saturday, October 26th at Central Middle School for the Dodgeball Tournament. Doors open at 10:30 and teams can complete their registrations and get team info then. The games will start at 11:30. If you didnt get a chance to turn your form or team money in, don't worry. You can register onsite. We will have prizes for our winning teams, concession available, and have a good time. If you're not on a team, consider coming out to support and watch the games. We will see you tomorrow at Central Middle School.

The marching band will present their indoor marching band concert in the East gym at 7pm following the pasta dinner! Admission is $3 if you come to the concert only.
  • Student Council meetings will resume on Tuesday, November 12th. If you signed up to work the Halloween Trick or Treat night, you will receive a reminder note by the end of the week. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Latessa in Room 296.

  • Today is the last day to purchase Homecoming tickets! Please make sure you have your signed, completed contract and your student ID before heading to the Treasurer's office to purchase a ticket. Tickets are $20 and on sale from 10:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-3:30pm.
  • Girls Basketball After school Snack Shack: Please support the Lady Panther Basketball team - stop down after school and grab a snack, located by the west gym and open every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
  • Attention students, if you are interested in playing in the dodgeball tournament, your team enrollment form, parent permission slip, and registration fee need to be turned in by today. If you have questions or need forms, please see Mrs. Davis in 317, Dr. Mines in 371, or Coach Webster after school. The tournament is scheduled for October 26 so we need those slips ASAP.

  • Attention Students! The bike racks outside the Athletic Entrance have been moved due to construction. They are now located near first base on the Stanic baseball field. You are NOT PERMITTED to chain your bike to any fences on the property. If your bike is chained to any fence on the property, your lock will be cut and your bike will be housed in the maintenance garage near DiBiasio Stadium. Please use the bike rack near the baseball field to lock up your bikes.
  • Well it's that time again... teachers verses students. This time we are taking it to the Volleyball Court! If you have been referral free for the 1st quarter and are interested in showing off your skills in our very first Student-Staff Volleyball game, please see Mrs. Valtman in Room 201.You must sign up by Wednesday October 16th by 2:15. And don't forget students, if you want to witness this epic battle. continue to stay referral free!

Students and teachers are asked to bring items into their homeroom classes. Homeroom teachers please take some time to review the items with your students. Desired items include: Canned green beans, Canned corn, Canned yams, Canned cranberry sauce, Creamed Soups (mushroom, chicken, or celery), Boxed stuffing mix, Instant Potatoes (boxes or packages), Macaroni & Cheese, Gravy mix (jar or packaged), Turkey or Chicken, Cake mix, and Icing. PLEASE STICK TO THE REQUESTED ITEMS and check the expiration dates. While participation has been great the last two years, there were a lot of items that could not be shared with families in the community. Remember, this is a competition and the homeroom with the most donations will be awarded a Chick-Fil-A breakfast. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Davis (317) or Dr. Mines (371). Let’s see how many boxes we can donate from EHS and the L.E.A.D. Scholars!

  • Homecoming contracts are now available in the unit offices and the library. Contracts must be signed by your grade level dean before purchasing a ticket. Tickets are $20 per person and will go on sale beginning Monday, October 14th.

10/02/19 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Wednesday, October 2nd.
  • Way to go Euclid High School! We had another very successful blood drive on September 24 and we are thrilled to share with you the results of this drive. At this drive, we had 43 donors register, including 33 first time donors! 28 units were collected. These 28 units will help save the lives of up to 84 patients!!
  • Attention Seniors! The next senior class cabinet meeting will be today at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. See you there!
  • There will be 8th boys basketball open this Today in the East Gym from 2:25 to 3:45. If you have any questions please Coach James in Room 309.
  • There will be a Girls Basketball meeting Thursday October 3rd. Any 8th - 12th grader interested in playing basketball this season please attend the meeting this Thursday at 2:25 in the West Gym.
  • Attention all female students, grades 8-12. Join the EHS L.E.A.D. Scholars today from 2:30 to 3:30 for our intro meeting and get the opportunity to connect with others like you. Teachers, please encourage any young ladies that you think might be a good fit to come and join us. If you have questions, stop by and see Mrs. Davis in room 317 or Dr. Mines in room 371.

  • Congratulations to Ms. Henry's top Membean performers! Nice job completing more than the required 45 minutes to Comyah Roberts, Deauntay Scott, Malachi Wagner, Asia Bouie, Ra'Niyha Little, Tristen Doolan, Nicholas Wagner, and ChrisDana Cowlin. Your efforts will pay off when you rock the AIR test!
  • Attention 2019 Junior/Senior Ambassadors : Field trip forms due by 3 pm today to Ms. Russo or Ms. Davis.
