11/14/16 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Monday, November 14th..
  • Attention Students and Staff : Thursday November 17th is National Children's Grief Awareness Day and we are asking you to support all of our EHS school community that have suffered any type of loss.  On Thursday, we are asking students and staff to wear royal blue or a T-shirt of remembrance to honor the memory of those who have died.  There will be optional activities during lunch periods that encourage support and healing.  There will also be Hospice speakers in the Little Theater at 2pm, for those not in I/E , to provide additional resources.  Teen Peer support will also be in the PAD as well.  If you have any questions see Ms Russo or Ms. Davis.
Meetings This Week:
  • Girls don't forget that Indoor Track starts today.  Remember you must have your physical in order to practice.  Meet on the Indoor Track for attendance before we go to the weight room.
  • 8th Grade Wrestling starts today.  Participating students will take the bus to Central at 2:50.
  • The next contest of the Ohio Math League will be Tuesday Nov 15 during and after IE in room 342.  All are welcome.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Are you thinking about becoming a teacher? Come to the Educators Rising meeting after school on Tuesday in room 231. Learn about current trends, job outlook and financial aid available to students in teacher education programs.
  • Culture Club will meet at the Euclid Public Library this coming Wednesday at 3 pm to discuss the art of tracing your family history and genealogy. Come join us !
  • Hey Seniors! Do you like burritos and want money for college? Complete your FAFSA by November 18th for a chance to win a Chipotle gift card! Please see College Now in Room 147 for more information
  • impACT the 216 program is an 8-week, tri-annual program that focuses on ACT preparation and college and career readiness. The goal of the impACT the 216 program is to help students meet state and local standards in core academic subject areas, specifically mathematics and reading. Also we offer bus tickets, daily lunches and field trips. Lastly upon program completion, students are eligible for a 100$ dollar stipend, college tours and an internship opportunity.
