12/01/16 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Thursday, December 1st.
  • IE today is for 7th period. 
Meetings:
  • Attention Art Club! We are postponing today's meeting until next Tuesday, December 6th after school. Please come to help finalize our party plans!
  • There will be a Stand Up committee and Senior Ambassador meeting today in room 263 at 2:40pm. Hope to see you there!
  • Foreign Language Club is having B-week Bakery.  Come to the E-Room hall today from 2:30 to 3:00 for home baked goods, chips and other snacks.  ALL snacks are fifty cents and one dollar.
  • Attention SAVE Club! We will meet today after school in room 391.  We will make holiday ornaments out of discarded materials, so bring your creativity.  See Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey if you have any questions.
  • This is a reminder to sophomores that the Lake Shore Compact Career Technical Education Expo is tonight at Mentor High School from 6:00 – 7:30pm in the Student Center.  This event is for sophomore students and their families interested in a Career Tech program.
  • The 8th grade band concert is on Tuesday, December 6th at Central Middle School. The concert begins at 7pm and participating students should arrive with their instruments and music at 6:30pm.
  • Euclid High School’s Symphonic Orchestra and Choirs will present their annual Holiday Concert on Wed. Dec. 7 at 7:00pm in the Euclid High School Auditorium.  Admission is $3.00.  The Orchestra will also present a sneak preview of the Holiday Concert during 1st period on Wed. Dec. 7 in the auditorium.  All 1st period teachers are invited to attend!
  • The 8th grade Orchestra concert is on Thursday, December 8th at Central Middle School. The concert begins at 7pm and participating students should arrive with their instruments and music at 6:30pm.
  • Are you a senior athlete planning on playing your sport in college?  Have you registered with the NCAA or taken your ACT or SAT?  If not, College Now can help!  Please see us in Room 147 for more information.
  • impACT the 216 is an 8-week, tri-annual program that focuses on ACT preparation and college and career readiness.  The goal of the program is to help students meet state and local standards in core academic subject areas, specifically mathematics and reading.  Also we offer bus tickets, daily lunches and field trips.  Upon program completion, students are eligible for a $100 dollar stipend, college tours and an internship opportunity.
