01/12/18 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Friday, January 12th
  • Coach Ingram would like to recognize 8th grade swimmer Arria Ray for scoring the most points in the Wednesday's swim meet at Beachwood. She earned the team 7.5 points. Aria also broke a middle school swim record, swimming the 50 free style in 35.68 seconds. Tobias Moore was the top scoring swimmer for the boys, scoring 8.5 points. Tobias broke two school records swimming the 50 free style in 29.18 seconds and the 100 free style in 1 minute, 17.56 seconds. Congratulations to these top scoring athletes.
  • College Now's afterschool College and Career readiness impACT program is now in session. Meetings take place daily, after school, in the Euclid Public Library. If you are interested, see Mrs. Gonakis in room 324 OR register in person today at 2:40 at the library. There are a few spaces for this session remaining. Participation in this program will result in a $100 stipend as well as ACT prep and the opportunity for college and career tours.
  • Attention Student Council members! Our next meeting will be Tuesday, January 16, at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. We will be discussing our next Blood Drive and some upcoming fundraisers. See Mrs. Latessa or Mrs. Pollack if you have any questions!
  • The next meeting of the National Honor Society will be Tuesday January 16 at 2:30 in room 342. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • The next contest of the Ohio Math League will be on Wednesday January 17 at 2:30 in room 342. Everyone is welcome. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Attention Seniors: Orders for graduation announcements and accessory items will be taken at school on Thursday, January 18th during lunch periods in the E-Room. Payment in full of a $60 deposit is required with your announcement order. See the announcement display on order day.
  • Attention sophomores, juniors, and seniors: Class ring orders will be taken and a ring service call will be made on Thursday, January 18th during lunch periods in the cafeteria. Extra order packets are available in the office.
  • Would you like to be featured in the 2018 Yearbook? See your English teacher for a "Panther Proud" form. Fill it out with an appropriate and memorable quote or what it means to be a Panther. Return this to your teacher or Room 298 by Friday, January 19. The best quotes will be published in the yearbook! Extra forms are available in the Media Center!
  • The Euclid High School Marching Band Dance and Flag Team called The Pantherettes will hold practices every Tuesday after school in the Auditorium until 6pm through February. Auditions will be held on Friday Feb. 23 for next year's squad.
