04/15/19 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Monday, April 15th.
  • Congratulations to this year’s 2019 EHS Book Champion, The Hate You Give by Angie Thomas. Thak you to everyone who participated in the voting. If you haven’t had an opportunity to read any of the books in this year’s challenge, the summer is a great time to get caught up.
  • Congratulations to Mrs. Walsh-Hilf's High Membean Achievers who went above and beyond their 45 required minutes of acquiring new vocabulary. You are amazing: Legacy Pratt, Damia Carson, Jada Felder, Namiah Lightfoot, Sadye Penny. Keep working hard.
  • Attention 9th-11th grade students who had Mrs. Shamblen/ Simmons. If you still have your personal narrative Magnificent Marvelous Me project and would be willing to bring it in to be shown as an example, please drop it off to room 123. All projects will be returned to you.
  • Attention Seniors! Dave and Buster’s permission slips are now available in the 12th grade unit office. Please bring your completed permission slip and $40 cash or money order to Mrs. Latessa in Room 296. Permission slips and money are due no later than Monday, May 6. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Latessa in Room 296.
  • Attention Student Council members! Our meeting for Tuesday, April 16th is cancelled. Our last meeting will be on Tuesday, April 30 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296.
  • Attention Senior Class Cabinet members! Our last meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, April 17 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296.
  • Seniors! It's almost time! Prom Contracts are now available in the 12th grade unit office. Each Euclid Senior must complete their own contract (left side) and submit it to the 12th grade unit office for signatures. Seniors bringing EHS underclassmen or a date from another school must complete the right side of their contract before submitting it to the 12th grade unit office for signatures. Remember, you must have all fees (including library fines) paid in full, and be in good disciplinary standing. Prom tickets go on sale in the treasurer’s office, beginning Monday, April 29.
  • Euclid High School’s Concert Band & Orchestra, along with our very own 8th grade Orchestra, will present their annual Spring Concert on Thursday, April 25 at 7:00pm in the high school Auditorium. Admission to the concert is $3. The orchestra Concert will also be presented 1st period and the band concert 7th period the day of the concert on Thursday, April 25. All 1st and 7th period classes are welcome! A reminder to all band members that dress rehearsal is Wednesday, April 24 from 5-6:30pm..
