09/24/19 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Tuesday, September 24th. 
  • Great job to Ms. Henry's top Membean performers: Annaleise Wittine, Jasmine Morgan, Caleb Sherman, Deijhanna Simmons, Tristen Doolan, Rhianna Williams, Demetrius Lumpkin, and Alajiona King. Great job performing more than 45 minutes last week!
  • All 8th grade students interested in  going on the Washington DC Trip, stop down to the 8th grade office to get trip info.
  • Congratulations to our Panther Band who took home the People’s Choice Award at this year’s Battle of The Bands in addition to a 3rd pace trophy in Class A. We are so proud of your dedication and excellence ! Thank you for representing Euclid High School So well on Saturday Night.
  • Attention Student Council members! The next meeting is Tuesday, October 1 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. We will continue our Homecoming planning! See you there!
  • Just a reminder to all Student Council members-there is no meeting today, Tuesday, 9/24 due to the Blood Drive. We will meet again on Tuesday, October 1!
  • Attention Seniors! The next senior class cabinet meeting will be on Wednesday, October 2 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. See you there!
  • The first meeting of the National Honor Society for current members will be Tuesday Oct 1 in room 342 right after school. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • I H.E.AR.T. Youth Outreach Initiatives invites all female students, grades 8-12, to come learn more about the EHS L.E.A.D. Scholars. We are an organization that provides a place for females to share, learn, and grow with others like them. We are dedicated to helping EHS students build and foster connections with the school and the community. If you are interested or want to learn more about this organization, come to our informational meeting tomorrow at 2:30 in room 371. Teacher, please encourage any young ladies that you think might be a good fit to come and join us. If you have questions, stop by and see Ms. Davis in room 317 or Dr. Mines in room 371.
  • Do you remember playing dodgeball on the playground in elementary school? Don't you miss those good times? Well... the EHS Wrestling TEAM in conjunction with I H.E.A.R.T. Youth Outreach Initiatives is hosting a Dodgeball fund raising event next month and invite all EHS students and teachers to get involved. Please be on the look out for flyers and information within the coming week. If you are interested in playing, grab a few friends and form a team. Teachers, you can get in on the fun too! More information is coming but if you have questions please see Dr. Mines in 371, Mrs. Davis in 317, or see Coach Webster.
  • There will be an informational meeting for 8th grade boys interested in playing basketball this season on Wednesday, September 25th in Room 309. The meeting will take place from 2:25 to 2:45. If you have any questions please see Coach James in Room 309.
  • Any 11th grader interested in qualifying for entry into the National Merit Scholarship program should sign up to take the PSAT/NMSQT Exam. Sign up is available with Mrs. Strodtbeck in the Curriculum Office, which is located across the hall from the Main Office. The deadline to sign up is September 27th.
  • The Orchestra and Band will once again take to the streets of Euclid this Saturday Sept. 28 for our Annual Tag Day to collect donations for the Instrumental Music Program.. Orchestra and Band members should report to the Choir room at 9am with your summer uniform and school ID.
