11/13/19 Announcements

• Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Wednesday, November 13th.
• Congratulations Varsity Chorale on a very moving performance at the Veteran's Day Ceremony Monday at City Hall. Your ability to learn quickly and to perform an 8 part choral piece in only three days is a testament to not only your talent, but your hard work and dedication. Mr. Pearl is very proud of you!
• Attention all EHS Homerooms!!!!! Have you brought in any items toward the Turkey Day Food drive to help your homeroom win a free Chick-Fil-A breakfast? If not, there is still time. We have 1.5 weeks left before our competition ends. Teachers, please remind students of the requested items and consider giving extra credit points or matching their donations. So far there is a tie between Ms. Norton's homeroom (126) and Dr. Mines' homeroom (371). There are a few other teachers running a close second and third place. If you have items, but they have not been picked up, please email Mrs. Davis or Dr. Mines so they can come tally your donations. The competition will end next Friday, November 22nd and all donations will benefit the families of the Euclid City School District. Let's up our donations so we can help at least 50 families this holiday season.
• There will be a Girls Indoor Track Meeting today after school in the Little Theatre. The Meeting is Mandatory for anyone who wants to run Indoors.
• Any student interested in being part of the EHS student PBIS team, please see Mr. Moore in room 235. There will be an informational meeting on Thursday, November 14 at 2:20 for interested students.
• Seniors - if you plan to participate in College Application Day, be sure to get your Transcript Request form to Ms. Simon in room 324 by 2:15pm on Thursday November 14th. Also, make sure you are submitting your applications by the deadline indicated by each school.
• Also for Seniors - Do you need help submitting your FAFSA? Mr. Bowers from College Now will be at EHS on Thursday November 14th. Stop by room 324 to sign up for an appointment.
• All Student's Auditioning to be in the cast of "Fame," sign-ups are now posted outside the choir room doors- room 166. Please sign up for a time on either Monday or Tuesday- November 18th & 19th. Remember that Dance Auditions are on Wednesday the 20th 2:30-6pm and are mandatory to be considered for the cast. Additionally, if you are going out for a lead roll callbacks will be Thursday the 21st. Can't wait to see you all share your talents. Break a leg!
• Anyone interested playing 8th grade baseball, there will be a meeting with Coach Aspero on Thursday, November 14th at 2:30pm in room 140. The meeting will be about expectations, and the off-season schedule. Don't be late!
