01/10/17 Announcements

• Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Tuesday, January 10^th, 2017! 
• The library is closed today.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  Students in study hall and student aides should report as usual.
• Do you have a talent for singing, poetry, dancing, modeling, or fashion?  We will be holding auditions for the 12th Annual "Flash in Time" Black History Program tomorrow at 3p.m. in the Little Theater.  Please come prepared with a 1-minute routine/audition piece.  Sign-up sheet will be located outside of Ms. Russo/Ms. Flower’s office on the first floor near the 8th grade unit office.  Any questions, please see Ms. Flowers.  This will be the only audition held for the show that will be on Friday, Feb. 24th. 

Meetings This Week: 

• A reminder to all baseball players that there will be lifting at 3:45 today with practice after.
• National Honor Society will meet Today in room 342.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
• Stand UP will meet Today in room 263.  Please plan on attending to discuss Black History Month and Stand UP week.  If you have any questions please see Mrs. Korpowski or Mrs. Salinas.
• Student Council will meet on Wednesday at 2:30pm in Room 296.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Latessa in Room 296 or Mrs. Pollack in Room 263.
• Attention SAVE Club. We will meet this Thursday, January 12th after school in room 391. We will plan our winter activities and investigate green options for EHS. See Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey if you have any questions.
• Attention Art Club! Our next meeting will be this Thursday, January 12th after school in room 199. You will have the opportunity to sign up for upcoming art workshops during this meeting. Hope to see you Thursday!
• The annual Dr. Martin Luther King District Celebration Concert will be this Thursday, January 12 at 7:00pm in the Euclid High School Auditorium.  Admission to the Concert is FREE!  A special afternoon performance will be presented during 7th period on the 12^th in the auditorium and all 7th period classes are invited to attend.  All band members are required to attend dress rehearsal Wednesday, January 11 from 5 until 7pm in the auditorium.
