• Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity. Today is Tuesday, January 28th. 
• Any 8th graders interested in playing baseball and are not playing a winter need to be at baseball workouts today and meet Coach Aspero in Classroom 293 at 2:30pm.
• Hey EHS Students, It's time to kick of black history month and celebrate our heritage. In coordination with this year's Black History Program theme, Embrace Ambition and Excellence, The L.E.A.D. SCHOLARS are hosting a door decor contest celebrating the historically Black colleges & universities (HBCUs) across the country. We are looking for teams of no more than 5 (1 teacher and up to 4 students) to design/decorate classroom doors highlighting a HBCU, the accomplishments of the college and those that attended the University. If you are interested, ask a teacher if they will be willing to assist and have that teacher confirm the room number and all group members via email. This contest will begin Jan. 29th with final doors being due Feb 13th. The winner will be announced on Feb. 20th during the morning announcements. Please see Mrs. Davis (317) or Dr. Mines (371) for more information. If there are any teachers interested in hosting a door, please contact Mrs. Davis or Dr. Mines so that we can add you to the list. We had such an awesome showing last year, let's keep that same energy this year.
• Attention Seniors: Herff Jones will be in the Cafeteria during all lunch periods if you would like to purchase senior announcements or other senior items. Order Packets are available with your senior English teacher. Extra packets are with Mrs. Svoboda's secretary. Items can also be purchased on the Herff Jones website. Information will be on the order packet.
• Attention all students interested in auditioning for the 2020-21 Marching Band Dance Team: The Pantherettes or Drum Major, there will be a mandatory kick off meeting Monday, February 10 at 6pm in the band room. Practices will run from Tuesday Feb. 11 through Thursday Feb. 27 in the upper level of the Boys Gym from 3-5:30pm. Auditions are on Friday Feb. 28 after school.
• The Euclid Youth Council is a new and unique opportunity to make connections and work to make meaningful change. Be a leader today in your community. Show the City of Euclid that youth are valued members of society. This is a new organization, which means you will be at ground zero for a chance to make a difference. Please come and take your seat at the table. The Euclid Youth Council will hold its first meeting this Wednesday, January 29, from 2:30-3:30PM in room 126.
