10/12/15 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where students are standing up together and taking control of their future!  Today is Monday, October 12th.
  • Attention students and staff: Hearing screenings will take place on Thursday, October 15th in the auditorium for all 9th grade students and for a select group of 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students.   Teachers, check your mailboxes for more information and please bring your students to the auditorium at the designated time. Thank you.
  • The first Ohio Math League contest will take place on Tuesday, October 13 during IE or after IE in room 130.  All are welcome. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • The first meeting of the National Honor Society will take place on Thursday October 15 at 2:30 in room 130. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Fall play will meet after school (2:30) in the little theater.  Any one who was unable to attend the auditions from last week is invited to attend, as there are some smaller roles that have yet to be cast.
  • All Fall Sports Varsity players please stop by the Athletic Office to pick up your invitation to the Hall of Fame Assembly.  The Assembly is on October 15th during 3rd period. You will need the invitation as your pass to attend.
  • The PSAT will be given here at Euclid High School next Wednesday, October 14th starting at 7:30am.  All Juniors interested in taking the test must register with Mrs. Payne in the Guidance Dept. The cost for the test is $20.00 and registrations will be accepted before school, during 4th period, 6th period and after school from 2:00pm - 3:00pm today and tomorrow.
  • Attention Juniors & Seniors: Next week we are having several college representatives visit Euclid High School: Monday, October 19, John Carroll University, Tuesday, October 20 Ashland and the University of Toledo, Wednesday, October 21, University of Rochester and Baldwin Wallace.  If you would like to attend please use your Naviance account. Remember the deadline is 2 days prior to visit.
  • Women at Work "Have you ever thought about a career in the construction trades?" Learn about all the great career opportunities available to women in the construction trades from tradeswomen in these jobs. Information if provided by the Cleveland Building and Construction Trades Council Tradeswomen Committee and their partners.  Meet reps from several building trades: Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Iron Workers, Pipefitters, Bricklayers and More!  Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Plumbers Local 55, 980 Kenote Circle, Brooklyn Hts at 6:00pm-7:30pm.
