10/02/17 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Monday, October 2nd
  • Today’s class SHOUT Outs! are from Ms. Pymn to her 1st period class for their mature and supportive handling of a sensitive matter.  And from Mr. Baca to Mrs. Pollock and Mrs. Korpowski's 2nd period class for being completely silent and attentive during morning announcements.  Mr. Baca's class was very impressed and will try to emulate this exemplary behavior.
  • The Stand Up and Lead Club is still accepting donations of dog and cat food for the APL.  Please bring any donations to Room 147.  This drive assists with displaced pets from Hurricane Harvey.  Thanks! See Ms. Russo for any questions.
  • Attention Student Council members!  Our next meeting will be Tuesday, October 3 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296.  We will be working on planning our fall Blood Drive and winter fundraisers!  Any questions?  See Mrs. Latessa or Mrs. Pollack.
  • The first meeting of the National Honor Society will be on Tuesday October 3 at 2:20 in room 342.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Attention 8th Grade Boys: There will be Boy's Basketball Open Gym in the East Gym on Tuesday, October 3rd from 2:30 to 4:00.  If you have any questions please see Coach James in Room 309.
  • Seniors - If you would like some help filling out the FAFSA, a College Now representative will be here on Wednesday between 10am and 1:30. See Mrs. Gonakis is room 324 if you would like to make an appointment to meet with them.
  • Culture Club will be hosting a speaker at Euclid Library Wednesday October 4th at 3 pm. Meet in Room 147 at 2:25 or at the library in the Lake room. Cleveland Young Lives Program will present on Teen resources in the community.
  • SAVE Environmental Club will meet on Thursday October 5th in room 391.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Young or Ms. Spivey.
  • Attention seniors! New this year: Friendship ads in the yearbook! Get some friends together to personalize a section of this year's book with pictures and messages to the class of 2018. Order forms are available with your senior English teacher and will also be in the Media Center. Money and pictures are due soon! See Mrs. Gaul in room 298 with any questions.
  • If you are interested in signing up for Swim Team please come to Room 190 to sign up before or after school.
