12/11/18 Announcements

• Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Monday, December 10th.
• Congratulations to Mrs. Walsh-Hilf's High Membean Achievers last week.  Great job to the following: Lauren Johnson, Sadye Penny, and Legacy Pratt.
• Big Show Cast- our first meeting will occur today at 2:30pm in the choir room.  See you then!
• The next contest of the Ohio Math League will be Tuesday, December 11th after school in room 342.  All are welcome to participate.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
• Seniors - If you have applied or are planning to apply to Kent State University and would like some assistance, a rep from Kent will be at EHS on Tuesday, December 11th from 9am until 11am.  Please let Mrs. Gonakis know if you are interested in meeting with the Kent Rep.
• The SAVE Environmental Club will meet Tuesday, December 11th after school in room 391 for our holiday party.  We will paint up-cycled ornaments and have a snack.  Please feel free to bring a treat to share if you wish. S ee Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey if you have any questions.
• Saturday, December 15th the Lady Panther Basketball team and the cheerleaders are teaming up to help raise money for Kids with Cancer.  You can stop in the athletic office to make a $1.00 donation.  Please help us help others.
• Attention Seniors!  Senior shirt order forms are now available in Senior English classes!  Shirts are on sale now through Tuesday, December 18.  Forms and money must be turned in to Mrs. Latessa in Room 296.
• Gratitude.  The quality of being thankful.  With Christmas just around the corner, it’s easy to get wrapped up in our personal desires.  Often times we forget to show gratitude for what we currently have.  DIVINE, Daring Intellects Vigorously Innovating & Navigating Euclid is a group that wants to remind everyone to show their gratitude.  DIVINE’s purpose is to encourage an inclusive school environment and increase school spirit, so they encourage students and faculty members to express their gratitude on a questionnaire that is available at euclidschools.org under the EHS News tab.  The questionnaire opens today and will close Friday, December 14.  The responses will appear on the “Gratitude Board”, which will be in the main office hallway.
