09/20/16 Announcement

• Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Tuesday, September 20^th. 
  
• The 8th grade Euclid Blue volleyball team played a great match against Brunswick last night.  Wish the girls luck as they take on Mentor Memorial tonight in Mentor.
• To stay in the library during IE, you must sign up in the library in advance on the day you want to stay.  You must then report to IE on time and stay for the entire period.  Coming in late is considered a tardy, and leaving early is a cut.  As is the case any time you come to the library, you must sign in when you arrive.  If you have any questions, please see Mr. Corfman or Ms. Mack.
• Yearbook staff!  There will be an important meeting today at 2:30pm in Room 298.  See you there!  Still want to join yearbook? Come to the meeting today to see what it's all about!
• Attention Juniors and Seniors!  Want to be a part of EHS Royalty?  Homecoming Court applications can be picked up from Mrs. Latessa in Room 296.  Applications are due by Wednesday, September 21 at 2:30 p.m.
• There will be a parent meeting today at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Theater, for all 8th graders interested in attending the Washington D.C. trip this year.
• Attention Juniors: The next Junior class meeting is today in room 201 from 2:30 until 3 PM.  All Juniors are welcome.
• Culture Club is sponsoring a Multicultural Fair on Wednesday September 21st at the Euclid Public Library from 3 to 4:30 pm We will have vendor tables of various cultural information.  Our EHS dance team will perform African dance and drumming.  Please join us!
• There will be a Student Council meeting on Wednesday, September 21 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 296. We will be signing up volunteers for all Homecoming events and finish our Spirit Week planning. If you can't make the meeting, please see Mrs. Latessa in Room 296 or Mrs. Pollack in Room 263.
• A reminder to all Marching Band members: There will be a kick off meeting for our Spring Break trip to Disney World Wednesday, September 21^st evening at 7pm in the band room.
• Homecoming tickets can be purchased at the ticket office in the E-room from 9:30 - 12:30 and 1:30 - 3:30 starting Thursday.
• There will be a Senior Class Cabinet meeting on Thursday, September 22 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 296. We will be discussing ideas for senior shirts, fundraisers, and begin prom planning. If you are interested in joining, please stop in. See Mrs. Latessa in Room 296 if you have any questions!
• Attention SAVE Environmental Club! A reminder that this Thursday, September 22, is our after school apple picking field trip. We will meet in the planetarium at 2:35pm to leave. Be prompt! Please bring your signed permission slips with you. Se Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey if you have any questions.
• College visits this week include:  Tuesday - Theil College and John Carroll University, Wednesday - Walsh University, and Thursday - Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.  Remember to register for your college visit through Naviance.  If you have any difficulties registering please see your Guidance Counselor or Mrs. Payne in Rm. 232.
•  Girls Basketball meeting. Any girl interested in playing basketball this year is welcome to attend an informational meeting Wednesday September 21st at 2:35 in the E-Room. Grades 8-12 are welcome to sign up. If you have any questions please see Coach Bowers in room103.
