09/27/16 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School, where we are standing up with Panther PRIDE.  Today is Tuesday, September 27th.
  • IE today is for 2nd period.
  • Voting for Homecoming Queen, King, and Princess has begun.  Students can cast their vote using the Chromebooks and clicking the link on the bottom of the left column on the student homepage.  Students will only be allowed to vote once.
  • RTA has recently increased the price for student rate bus tickets, which are sold in the E room and the main office.  Our current inventory, which will be gone soon, is still the old price, but the new tickets will arrive next week that have an increase of a quarter per trip ticket.  The following will be the new pricing: 1-Trip - $1.75 (formerly $1.50), 2-Trip - $3.50, and 5-Trip - $8.75.  This is an additional $2.50 per week for a student who needs the bus both ways for all days of the week.
  • Homecoming Contracts are now available in each of the unit offices.  Homecoming tickets can be purchased at the ticket office by the E-room from 9:30a -12:30a and 1:30a-3:30a.  The price is $25 per ticket.
  • If you and your twin would like to be featured in the yearbook, stop by room 298 at 2:30pm to have your picture taken.
  • Attention Student Council members!  There will be a meeting on Wednesday, September 28 at 2:30 p.m. in Room 296.  We will be finalizing decoration plans and begin discussing some ideas for our upcoming Blood Drive.
  • Attention everyone!  CRAVE, Euclid High School's student led Christian Club invites you to join us as we celebrate the National Week of Student Prayer with this annual event: See You At The Pole!  We will be gathering at the flagpole at 7am Wednesday, the 28th for a time of prayer and fellowship.  Again, that's Wednesday the 28th at 7am at the flagpole.  We hope to see all of you there as we pray for our school and community!
  • Attention anyone interested in playing baseball this spring:  Thursday, September 29th, any returning baseball player (who is not a fall athlete) or anyone interested in playing baseball this spring should be at the Shore Cultural Center for the Homecoming parade by 5:40 pm.  Starting Saturday, Oct. 1st, there will be open hitting sessions lead by older players from 10:30 am- 12pm.  Saturday, September 29th, Euclid Baseball will host a youth hitting clinic on the game field from 11am -1pm.
  • Are you a senior planning on going to College next fall?  Have you started thinking about how you are going to pay for it?  Please see College Now in Room 289 to talk about financial aid and completing the FAFSA form, which can be started October 1st.  Also, for any senior planning on studying business, education, athletic training, graphic design, or similar majors, the Cleveland Browns Scholarship is open for applications and is due on October 1st.  Please see College Now in Room 289 for more information.
