10/01/18 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Blue and Gold Monday, October 1st.
  • Today’s class SHOUT! Out is from Mr. Wilson and Mr. Sessor to their 2nd period class for doing an excellent job playing Kahoot and beating Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Schutte!
  • Congratulations to the 2018 Homecoming Court: Ini Inyang, Nisa Gayle, La'Nisha Givens, Eliyah Jenkins, Bryanna Milbert, and Princess Ashley Eatman, King Tennillie Elam, and Euclid's 2018 Queen, Ro'Shauni Shepherd!
  • Congratulations to Friday's Blue and Gold Spirit Week winners: Maggie Elkins, Keshonna Pauldo, Darrius Johnson, and Corriana Mackey. Stop down to Room 296 after announcements to pick up your prize!
  • Congratulations to Mrs. Walsh-Hilf's 8th Grade Reading, High Membean Achievers for this past week: Sayde Penny, Lauren Johnson, Jada Felder, Aniyah Nevels, Legacy Pratt, Destini Tucker, India Wilkerson! Keep up the Growth Mindset!
  • There will be no morning basketball workouts this week. They will start back up next Thursday, October 11. See Coach Kane in Room 227 with any questions.
  • All students who are interested in joining the bowling team should meet Coach Pickens in room 119 for an informational meeting after school today.
  • The National Honor Society will have a meeting on Tuesday October 2 at 2:20 in room 342. See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Attention Student Council members! We have a meeting on Tuesday, October 2, at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. We will be planning our Blood Drive and fall/winter events. See you there!
  • Seniors! It's time to get involved! The next senior class cabinet meeting is on Wednesday, October 3 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. We will be discussing senior shirts and other senior activities. See you there!
  • The marching band will hold a mandatory meeting for all students and parents Wednesday, October 3rd at 7pm in the band room. We will discuss our overnight trip to Central State University near Dayton Ohio to perform in their homecoming parade. We will depart from the Brunswick game Friday, October 12th and return Saturday, October 13th. Total cost for the trip is $40 and is due on October 3rd.
  • Attention 8th graders interested in trying out for the Middle School Swim team:  There will be a signup sheet outside of Mrs. Kaiser's room, Room 190.  You will need a physical before tryouts on November 1st and 2nd.
  • Have you been to a marching band halftime show and had the pleasure of watching our award winning Pantherette Dance and Flag team in action? Well, now is your opportunity to get involved with next seasons Pantherette Squad.  There will be an important Training Clinic on Saturday, November 3rd from 9am-1pm in the auditorium.  Please sign up in the band room and attend this special event on Saturday, November 3rd starting at 9am!
  • Attention all students interested in attending the HBCU college tour: Please return your interest/permission forms to Dr. Mines ASAP!  No money is due yet, but the forms are needed.  IF you have questions or need a form, stop by 371.
