10/02/18 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Tuesday, October 2nd.
  • Today’s class SHOUT! Out is from Mr. Baca to his 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th period classes for their excellent behavior during the vision and hearing screenings. Many of the adults doing the screenings were impressed!
  • Congratulations to Team Jaguar's top Membean students: Tori Tillman, Anjolie Waltonin, Dalon Clark, Jalen Fisher, Desirai Graves, Dariya Rogers, Kassidy Anderson, Quinten Bradford, Precious Westbrook, Brishaw Williams, Malikah Abdul-Wali, Alex Clark, Nazyia Mitchell, and Jameel Pruitt. Keep up the good work!
  • Attention Juniors and Seniors ! The Lake County Fall College Fair is being held Sunday, October 7, from noon until 1:30 PM in the main gym at Lakeland Community College. This event is free and open to the public. For more details please go to www.lakelandcc.edu/collegefair. Again, that is Sunday, October 7, from noon until 1:30 PM. Please plan to attend!!!
  • The National Honor Society will have a meeting today at 2:20 in room 342.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Attention Student Council members! We have a meeting today at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296.  We will be planning our Blood Drive and fall/winter events.  See you there!
  • Attention all students in sports management club, there will be a meeting after school today in the athletics office. If you have questions before hand, contact Lauren Butler in the athletics office.
  • Seniors! It's time to get involved! The next senior class cabinet meeting is on Wednesday, October 3 at 2:20 p.m. in Room 296. We will be discussing senior shirts and other senior activities. See you there!
  • The marching band will hold a mandatory meeting for all students and parents Wednesday, October 3rd at 7pm in the band room. We will discuss our overnight trip to Central State University near Dayton Ohio to perform in their homecoming parade. We will depart from the Brunswick game Friday, October 12th and return Saturday, October 13th. Total cost for the trip is $40 and is due on October 3rd.
  • Attention all 8th grade Boy's who's interested in playing basketball this school year. There will be an informational meeting, Thursday, October 4th from 2:20 - 2:40 in the Boy's Gym. If you have any questions please see Coach James in Room 309.
  • There will be no morning boy’s basketball workouts this week.  They will start back up next Thursday, October 11.  See Coach Kane in Room 227 with any questions.
  • Attention 8th graders interested in trying out for the Middle School Swim team:  There will be a signup sheet outside of Mrs. Kaiser's room, Room 190.  You will need a physical before tryouts on November 1st and 2nd.
  • Have you been to a marching band halftime show and had the pleasure of watching our award winning Pantherette Dance and Flag team in action? Well, now is your opportunity to get involved with next seasons Pantherette Squad.  There will be an important Training Clinic on Saturday, November 3rd from 9am-1pm in the auditorium.  Please sign up in the band room and attend this special event on Saturday, November 3rd starting at 9am!
  • Attention all students interested in attending the HBCU college tour: Please return your interest/permission forms to Dr. Mines ASAP!  No money is due yet, but the forms are needed.  IF you have questions or need a form, stop by 371.
  • It's time to pre-order your yearbook! Copies of the 2019 yearbook are only 35 dollars before December 20th. You can reserve your copy online now. The price will go up after Winter Break! Senior Recognition Ads are also available. See your English teacher or stop by Room 298 for ordering instructions.
