  • Have you been practicing over winter break?  Are you referral free for the 2nd quarter?  Do you think your skills on the basketball court are good enough to defeat the one and only Mr. James, Ms. Jones and Mr. Guzik?  The student-staff basketball game will be played on Friday January 11th and the staff is ready to defend their title!  If you think you have what it takes to finally defeat the EHS staff and you are referral free for the 2nd quarter, please see Mrs. Valtman in Room 201 by Friday January 4th at 2:30 pm to sign up.  No applicants will be considered after this Friday at 2:30. See you on the court!
  • Yearbook and Newspaper staff! We have a meeting today after school in room 298. See you there!
  • Chinese Club members! On Saturday, February 16, we will go see the Broadway show Miss Saigon, from 1:30 to 4:30pm. If you are not a Chinese Club member, feel free to join us!  Tickets are $10.  Chinese Club will go to dinner after the show and the whole cost for the field trip is $10.  Please sign up with Ms. Wang.   Don't miss this great opportunity to see a Broadway Show!
  • Attention All students!  Culture Club will be hosting a Black History Assembly next semester.  We are looking for talented students who are interested in performing.  The auditions will be held in January (Date to be announced). Songs, Spoken Word and Dance should be 2 to 4 minutes and align with the theme Lift Every Voice and Speak!  Use your break to break out and perform!  See Ms. Russo in Room 147 if you have any questions.
  • These have been your Morning Announcements.  Remember to Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Have a Thoughtful Thursday.
