01/08/19 Announcements

  • Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Have Integrity.  Today is Tuesday, January 8th. 
  • A special shout out and THANK YOU to all the staff that have donated to the Panther Pantry ( a new initiative being started at the High School). Please check the Monday bulletin for information regarding items being requested. More details regarding how to access the Pantry and when it will officially be open will be available in the coming weeks. If you have questions or would like to make a donation, please stop by and see Dr. Mines in room 371!
  • Congratulations to the top Membean performers on Team Jaguar: Jason Collins, Charles Atwell, Erin Wilson, Jalen Fisher, and Dariya Rogers.  Your hard work is going to pay off on the AIR test!  Nice job and keep it up!
  • Attention Juniors and Seniors: There is a class meeting in the auditorium during your lunch period today to discuss the updated graduation requirements and to answer any questions.  Please be prompt, as we will only use the first part of your lunch.  Sophomores- you will report to the Little Theatre today.
  • All cast of Freaky Friday- remember that choreography camp runs Monday through Friday this week 2:30-5:30.  Bring clothes you can dance in and water!  See you later.
  • The next meeting of the National Honor Society will be today after school in room 342.  See Mr. Zucca if you have any questions.
  • Attention SAVE Environmental club.  We will meet today in room 391 at 2:30 to discuss activities for the second semester.  If you have any questions or cannot attend see Mr. Young or Mrs. Spivey.
  • The Drumline and Drum Majors will travel to Chardon Hills this Friday, Jan. 11, to perform for a special rally leading into Testing Week!  Drumline members should report to the band room 3rd period.  We will return by the end of 5th period.  Bring money for lunch.
  • Attention all students!  Audition forms are now available outside Room 147 for the upcoming Black History Assembly.  Completed forms are due by January 13th.  If you are talented in dance, song or spoken word, please come forward!  Actual auditions are based on the forms submitted!  See Ms. Russo in Room 147 if you have any questions.
  • Euclid High School’s Concert Band will host the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. District Celebration Concert on Thursday, January 17th at 7:00pm in the Euclid High School Auditorium.  The concert will open with a performance of “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and end with Dr. King’s famous speech “I Have A Dream” as the band plays “The Civil War.”  Two special daytime performances will be presented on the morning of the concert: 2nd period for all 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Classes, and 3rd period for all 8th and 9th Grade Classes.  All band members are required to attend the dress rehearsal Wednesday, January 16th from 5pm until 7pm in the auditorium and 1st period on Thursday, January 17th before the two assemblies. Admission to the Concert is FREE!
