Morning Announcements - January 25, 2023

Good morning Euclid High School where we are Respectful, Responsible, and Engaged. Today is Wednesday, January 25, 2023 and these are your morning announcements.

You are a leader! Yes you, you right there are a leader here at Euclid High School! Which means that you help drive the culture, and behavior that we have at EHS. What do you think about your results? You have to model the behavior you want to see. By modeling what you want to see you will demonstrate to other leaders what our expectations are. Connect with other leaders here at EHS so that we can make

Starting this week, we are challenging our students to stay in the game and keep learning every day to decrease absenteeism. Students who come to school every day from January 23rd to February 16th will be entered in a weekly drawing to win a gift basket full of treats, gift cards, Brown’s swag, and Euclid swag. Students will be entered into the drawing each week they attend school daily. In addition to winning a gift basket, students will also be entered into a districtwide drawing for a Round One gift card. Please let your students know about this challenge.

Attention students ! We are currently accepting applications to audition for this year's Black History Assembly. Scan the QR code on the posted flyers to apply. Applications are due by February 1st. If you have any questions see Ms. Russo in H-115 or Ms Lanier in the Main office.

Key Club will be meeting today this week. Students in the Key Club participate in numerous volunteer projects, learn leadership skills, and have fun. Key Club members also volunteer alongside Northern Kiwanis members at fundraisers and service projects. At EHS Key Club will assist in service projects that will improve the EHS community. The Meeting will be held after school tomorrow in the cafeteria.

The United States Marines will be here on Friday to discuss with students the possibility of joining their ranks. This Friday (12-1) Students will be able to speak with SGT Hayes about what it takes to join the United States Marines.
